In his latest position as Vice President Finance at EMI Music Canada, he worked alongside the President and CEO of Canadian operations. Specializing in managing revenue, costing, financial analysis, corporate tax, treasury and audits. He developed and managed the execution of all of financial statements and reporting, tax filings, forecasting and budgeting. Partnering with the President, he negotiated all label and artist deals. He executed, prepared and presented annual budgets and quarterly reviews.
Preceding EMI, Kevin gained eighteen years of experience working for the well-established retail and travel brands Signature Vacations, SellOffVacations and Canada 3000. Here he honed his skills in the administration of KPIs, strategic planning, budgeting, treasury, staff management of up to thirty employees, developing and implementing efficiencies within the business that resulted in headcount and overhead savings and annual audits. Kevin also worked extensively with PricewaterhouseCoopers to assist the Trustees in Bankruptcy with the closure of Canada 3000 Airlines Limited and all related estates.
Kevin attained his CA designation in 1999. He is a member of the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences as well as the Country Music Association.
